TERMS & INFORMATION ON PAYMENT, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent, or in any way that causes UnbrokenReps.com, part of CM eCom Group AB (org: 559484-1222), financial harm will be reported to the police.

UnbrokenReps is not liable for typographical errors, incorrect information, or specification errors. The print on the image may differ slightly from the actual result.

Always check that the delivery address is correct when placing an order. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and correct recipient name when ordering. If a package is returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, such as the wrong postal code, street name, or street number, as well as the wrong recipient name, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs for both delivery and return.

Refunds

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Act*.
A deduction for return shipping will be made.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Consumer’s (private individual) right of withdrawal in distance contracts*

As stated in the law (2005:59) on consumer protection in distance selling and home sales agreements, consumers, in some cases, have the right to a refund by returning the product to UnbrokenReps. The return must reach us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is in its original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to used products or customized products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: In line with the Distance Selling Act* (Chapter 2, § 11 3p.), custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. These products are manufactured or customized based on your specific requests. By ordering a customized product from us, you understand and accept that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.

Returns*
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing repayments If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send an email via our contact form if this has happened. Unclaimed packages Unclaimed goods are returned to us.

For any package not collected,
We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee to cover our costs of return shipping, shipping and handling, the cost of which varies on a case-by-case basis.

If a sent package is NOT picked up and returned to us after 14 days from the invoice date, then the return will not be approved by us and the order / invoice remains. If you want to cancel your purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must collect your package and send it to us so that it reaches us no later than 14 days from the invoice date so that we can cancel your purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and the correct name of the recipient when ordering. If packages are returned to us due to that the customer provides the wrong delivery address such as postal code, wrong street name or number, as well as the wrong name of the recipient, the customer will be charged for return shipping costs.

Shipping and delivery time
We will instruct you by email where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All our products are sent with trackable shipping.

If the order is sent from our foreign department store, within or outside the EU, you may also in rare cases have to pay a fee upon importation. Such as VAT or customs duty.

Image Quality Policy
When uploading an image for use on our custom products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the image is of sufficient quality. We strongly recommend using high-resolution images to ensure optimal printing results. If a low quality or resolution image is uploaded, the print result will reflect this quality. We cannot improve or change the quality of the uploaded image. Therefore, UnbrokenReps cannot be held responsible for print results that are less than satisfactory due to the customer's selection of an image of insufficient quality.
