Terms of service

1. Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation contains all important information about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

2. Delivery
We aim to deliver your products within 5–12 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If there is a delay in delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us for more information. Delivery times may be longer during holidays due to high demand.

3. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in € or $, including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Right of Withdrawal*
You have a legal right to a 14-day withdrawal period from the time you receive an item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@unbrokenreps.com. Please note that certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are not covered by the standard right of withdrawal.

5. Complaints
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we ask that you contact us within 7 days. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages that may occur due to the product. Nor do we take responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure.
